Invitation Letters

If you need a visa to come to Italy, please visit https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en

Should you need to receive an inviation letter for your visa application, please write to subject “Invitation Letter request for VISA application” and the following information: ​

Your first name and family name as they appear in your passport

  • Passport No.
  • Date of issue
  • Date of expiry
  • Your position
  • Your affiliation/organization
  • Your email address

The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format within a few working days after receiving your request with all required information. ​

Please note that the Visa letter will only be sent to delegates who have paid the registration fee. In case of visa refusal, the amount paid for registration is refundable, except for an administrative fee of EUR 50.
