• Monday Lunch
• PDF material (ALL workshops)
• Final exam (for students) ​

Each participant has to register for one Main Workshop, and will have guaranteed access to such event. Participants can access (switch) to any other W&T events, upon seats availability. ​

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ANY ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Additional Welcome Reception ticket: € 75,00

Additional Gala Dinner ticket: € 150,00

Additional services will not be sold at the conference venue unless still available. ​

CONTRIBUTED PAPER PRESENTERS

In order to guarantee inclusion in the final conference program one author must be registered by July 1st, 2022 23:59 (GMT), the author deadline. For each paper independently, at least one co-author is required to register for the Conference (one registration-one paper policy). ​

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact the Conference Organizing Committee immediately for any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be always confirmed by email. Until 15 July 2022 the payment will be refunded less an administrative fee (50 EUR). After 15 July 2022 we will not be in a position to return your payment. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show.

In the event of cancellation of the Conference, at any time, as a result of any event of “force majeure” or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Local Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT BE REFUNDED and neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events. ​

USAGE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC/AUDIO/VIDEO MATERIAL TAKEN AT THE CONFERENCE

By attending the ESSDERC/ESSCIRC 2022 Conference, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. to be photographed, filmed or recorded
2. that the organization of the ESSDERC/ESSCIRC2022 Conference may use this material on its website or in electronic and print publications and on social media
3. due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, ESSDERC/ESSCIRC 2022 Conference Organization disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
