Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (German: Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung), abbreviated BMBF, is a cabinet-level ministry of Germany. It is headquartered in Bonn, with an office in Berlin. The Ministry provides funding for research projects and institutions (aiming for "research excellence") and sets general educational policy. It also provides student loans in Germany. However, a large part of educational policy in Germany is decided at the state level, strongly limiting the influence of the ministry in educational matters.

Its 1,300 agents are mobilized at the national and regional levels through the regional directorates of companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment (Direccte), to promote the creation, development, innovation and competitiveness of companies of all sizes, in France and abroad.

Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Agentschap Innoveren &Ondernemen (VLAIO) is the point of contact of the Flemish government for all entrepreneurs in Flanders. They stimulate and support innovation and entrepreneurship and contribute to a favourable business climate. They support companies financially through subsidies to be able to grow, transform or innovate. Examples of such subsidies are the SME portfolio, the SME growth subsidy and research and development projects.
FFG funding schemes play an important role in generating new knowledge, developing new products and services, and enhancing competitiveness in the global marketplace. They make it easier, or possible, to finance research and innovation projects, and help to absorb the risks involved in research. The FFG supports international networking and encourages careers in science.
Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca
The Ministry of Universities and Research (Italian Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca, MUR for short) is one of the ministries of the Italian government. It is based in the Roman district of Trastevere. In the course of time, the ministry was split off from the Ministry of Education several times and reintegrated into it. The current Minister of Universities and Research is Maria Cristina Messa.
Research Council of Norway
The Research Council is a Norwegian government agency that funds research and innovation projects. On behalf of the Government, the Research Council invests NOK 10 billion annually. The Research Council is responsible for promoting basic and applied research and innovation

The Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Transport (SMWA) is a supreme state authority of the Free State of Saxony based in the state capital Dresden. It has existed since the founding of the Free State in 1990. Until September 2009, it bore the name Saxon State Ministry of Economics and Labour. The building is located in Dresden's government district in the Innere Neustadt. Martin Dulig (SPD) has been Minister of State since 13 November 2014, and State Secretaries are Ines Fröhlich and Hartmut Mangold.
